Meet the men of Seven

Van Dobbins III hails from Nashville, Tennessee the music capital of the United States. Van studied Classical Voice at Belmont University for 3 years as well as attending Carnegie Mellon University for a year where he studied Musical Theatre. Growing up Van enjoyed singing in his home church and from there developed a love for music and dance.

His strength as a performer has carried him all over the world. He was a lead vocalist for Celebrity Cruise. He has performed as "Nakawa" in Disney's Festival of the Lion, Kimo in Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show, and as a member of EPCOT VYBE, as well as seasonal shows like Disney's Tree Lighting, Candlelight, and Disney's Gospel Choir all at The Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando Florida. His stage work includes, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat as "Joseph" in Branson Missouri, and "Ken" in Smokey Joe's Cafe in Morgantown, West Virginia and his most recent accomplishment starring as "Coalhouse Walker Jr." in Theatre Winter Haven's Ragtime.

As a member of Orlando World Outreach Center in Orlando, Florida, VAn serves on the praise and worship team as one of the leaders. He is supported by his wonderful family, his wife Bree, daughter Jorjah, and most of all this Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through whom all things are possible. Van uses his gift of song to give each and every person a moment of peace and happiness.
